The Upham Memorial Library is gearing up for a fun week and we hope to see you...

Tuesday, April 10th

"Little Cloud"

Activities and Story Hour



Little Cloud 

On Tuesday, April 10th everyone is invited to a "Southern Food" potluck from 6-7pm.  Bring a southern dish (new, old or a favorite of Elvis's) to share, drinks will be served.  The southern rock and roll legend, ELVIS! will be at the library performing after the potluck, 7-7:30pm.  This will be a fun and FREE evening for all! 





               Earth Day

Thursday, April 12th there will be an Earth Day themed Family Fun Night.  The program starts at 6pm with stories about the Earth and plants.  Participants will then decorate their pot and plant something wonderful, a delicious dessert will follow.  Parents and children of all ages are invited to this free, hour long event.

On Friday, April 13th there will be a TAB pizza party & activity night from 6-8pm.  All Teen Advisory Board members are invited.

Saturday, April 14th

National Library Week Open House 9-Noon.

Dresden Bakery treats and drinks will be served.  The Readers of the Month will be celebrated at 10am with a short program.  At Noon the Books in a Basket auction winners will be announced.

Books in a Basket information: 

Bidding on baskets begins on April 4th and continues through National Library Week.  The bidding closes at Noon on April 14th.  Good Luck!
